1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Domestic (Malaysia): 4–8 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated during checkout.

4. Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active depending on the courier’s system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PERSEPHONETIME is not responsible for customs delays.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact support@persephonetime.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in coordinating with the courier to resolve the issue.
